CDC Moving from Humerail to Coega’s IDZ

Coega’s IDZ will be welcoming an additional new tenant next week which will this time be its very own developer and operator.

The Coega Development Corporation will be moving to its new specially made offices in the Coega IDZ next week. This will allow them to be closer to their investors and keep in touch with the zone that that they are developing and operating. It will also afford them the opportunity to better serve their tenants.

As 4 investors are already operating from the IDZ and a few more already in the construction process, the CDC’s move is just on time!

Their tailor made building in the IDZ consists of a multi- tenant, 5 storey facility. Most of the building will be occupied and the rest of the space will be available for let. Potential tenants are already in the cards.

The Coega Development Corporation has now exceeded its space requirements in Humerail and the move therefore is essential! This organisation employs over 160 full-time staff members and up to 50 interns.

Coega’s growth is ever on the increase!
