Chris Chameleon

Chris Chameleon’s dramatic rise as a rather talented solo artist all began with his best seller not to mention critics’ favourite album known as ‘’Ek Herhaal Jou’. This phenomenal best seller boasts a composition of iconic and well known 60’s Afrikaans poet Ingrid Jonker’s works. The best seller was also nominated for a 2006 South African Music Award in the Best Adult Contemporary Afrikaans Album category.

Chris has achieved exponential popularity and in June 2006 Chris showed his true colours and phenomenal talent by releasing 2 diverse albums at the same time, namely an Afrikaans album known as“7de hemel”, with songs as performed by his character Liam who performs in 7de laan, as well as an English pop-rock album known as “Shine”.

Chris has been touring the Netherlands often in the past few years to perform at numerous venues and festivals.

Chris Chameleon will be performing his true colours in the Nelson Mandela Bay from 19-20 December 2007. Catch this exciting event at the Vodacom Amphitheatre in the lovely Boardwalk Complex. Tickets will cost R70.
