and in the parks and everything comes alive. So get out there and enjoy spring time in PE.
Flea markets in Port Elizabeth are a buzz in the spring/summer holidays and well worth a browse. The flea markets are the perfect place to pick up something uniquely South African. Along Kings Beach are hundreds of little stores selling a vast array of goodies such as African paintings and sculptures, jewellery, foods, cakes and pastries, toys, cutlery and so much more! Stroll leisurely down this beautiful promenade and shop till your hearts content. There is also ‘Art in the Park’ which occurs at St Georges Park the first Sunday of every month. Here, lots of craft and food stalls are spread over the park’s lawns. St Georges Park is absolutely exquisite and lush so when you are tired of shopping, take a stroll through the park and enjoy the magical surroundings. Whilst shopping or strolling, the relaxing sound of jazz music will fill the air.
For party lovers, enjoy awesome deck parties with friends at Brookes Pavilion while DJ’s flaunt their talent. Sip on refreshing delicious cocktails at one of our many exclusive cocktail bars or restaurants.
For the handsome, why not strut down the catwalk at our MISS/MR/MRS SPRING beauty pageant on 16 September 2006. Get in with the Spring theme and show them what you are made of!
